This page describes what OMNIS collects and why. It is a structural draft — it has not yet had formal legal review for any specific jurisdiction.
Age requirement
OMNIS requires players to confirm they are 13 years of age or older before playing. We don't collect a date of birth — only a one-time confirmation.
Gameplay data
To run the game we store your account (via Google sign-in), username, level, in-game currencies, and the approximate location of structures you place. This data is necessary for the game to function and isn't optional.
Analytics
If you accept the Analytics category in the consent banner, we use PostHog to understand how players use OMNIS — which features get used, where players drop off, that kind of thing. PostHog receives an internal player ID, not your name or email, and never receives precise location data.
Advertising
If you accept the Advertising category, OMNIS offers an optional rewarded video ad (via Google) that grants a small in-game bonus for watching. Google may process data related to ad delivery under its own privacy terms. You can decline this category and still play the full game — the ad is never required.
Your choices
You can change your consent choices at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the consent banner again on your next visit.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from www.omnisgame.com/account/delete. This works for both Google-linked and guest accounts and takes effect immediately.
